Responsibilities:

• Headhunting, resourcing and attracting candidates, meeting and achieving given KPI's
• Coach candidates from start to finish of the recruitment process
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including sending CVs, arranging interviews/interview preparation, to negotiating with your customers on salaries and fees
• Provide excellent Client Relationship Management
• Develop successful and lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates
• Business Development of new roles from new and existing accounts
• Interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates
• Presenting shortlists of closely matched candidates to client companies
• Proactively arranging and conducting client visits with new and existing clients
• Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of your specialist sectors
• Completing all candidate and client information on database system and administration of client and candidate files to ensure all are kept up to date

Key Requirements include:

• Diploma/Degree Level Qualification
• Must have experience within a Sales/Customer Service role
• Be highly organised, articulate and flexible with proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in recruitment would be an advantage
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally along with a confident and courteous phone manner
• Ability to deliver results
• Strong customer service focus and business acumen are essential
