Quorum Search Partners are currently seeking a Quality Supervisor for a highly progressive food manufacturing business. Excellent opportunity with a leading and every expanding company, unique opportunity with real potential for career progression.

Location: Dublin/Kildre 

Role Responsibilities:

• Apply quality standards and audits to achieve BRC Grade A score in the plant
• Ensure the Food Safety HACCP plan is adhered to at all times
• Keep an overall Product Quality score of 100% every day
• Ensure in-house processes and procedures guarantee that product is produced to specification
• Ensure all customer feedback and complaints are addressed
• Take part in any relevant audits to be carried as per schedule
• Ensure communication of customer requirements to the Operations team and ensure compliance to customer KPI targets
• All non-conformances to be dealt with adequately following internal processes to prevent future non-conformances
• Primary interface between the R&D, Marketing and Operations departments on their shift
• A proactive approach to Health and safety is required

Key Experience and Skills needed:

• Diploma or equivalent in a Science, Technology, Engineering related discipline is preferable
• BRC Standards and Customer codes of practice is essential
• Min 2-3 years working in Quality Assurance within the food industry
• Constantly strive to raise the standards for all processes and people at all times
• Strong, assertive and focused in meeting standards at all times
• Ability to identify potential problems and take action to resolve issues

This role will operate over a Monday to Friday, shift pattern of 2 weeks of days followed by a week of evening shift. 

Salary €35K plus for the right candidate!!!
