Senior NAM - Fresh Produce

The focus of this role will be sucessfully manage customer relationships across multiples, retail and wholesale channels. This will ensure the effective operation of the business , maximising sales and profitability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day customer relationships across multiples, retail and wholesale channels
• Working closely with purchasing team on sales forecasting and closely monitoring stocks to maximise customer service levels and stock levels
• Working with key suppliers on forecasting projections
• Managing day to day relationships with key suppliers/principles to ensure their marketing plans are executed
• Promotional planning and implementation
• Working cross functionally with all other departments and 3rd party Logistics provider to ensure smooth day to day business operations
• Identifying and building new customer and channel opportunities
• Identifying and developing profitable new product opportunities

Key skills/characteristics:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in FMCG and managing customer head office buyer relationships including Multiples
• Very strong relationship building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen
• Ability to work in fast paced and demanding environment
• 3rd level degree in business or related area
• Experience in working with Fresh produce/products would be a distinct advantage
