MAINTENANCE MANAGER - FOOD INDUSTRY

Maintenance Manager required by an expanding North Dublin Food Company.

Our client expansion continues with an impressive new state of the art producing line, as part of their on-going success they are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager.

Location: Louth, Meath, Dublin 

Role Responsibilities:

• Effective implementation of PM Systems & associated reliable performance for all plant & equipment systems
• Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance is carried out under GMP conditions and in a safe working environment. Support the plant in the project approval, prioritization, and implementation process
• Directly responsible for maintaining the plants equipment & its associated standards ensuring supply of quality product to our customers
• The maintenance manager will need to review and monitor all such standards making continuous improvements
• Ensure delivery of effective training requirements of all relevant personnel to ensure optimum performance for all areas of responsibility

Minimum qualifications & experience requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Maintenance position within food manufacturing
• Strong operating knowledge of Food safety GMP's
• Refrigeration & Welding Experience essential
• Mechanical/Electrical background
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to use own initiative
• Self-driven and self-motivated
• Good team player
• Flexible to the needs of the business
