**Quality Manager – Flexible Hours (4 day week)**

A great new opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager in our clients North Dublin, AA BRC accredited food manufacturing business.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate the development and implementation of Quality Standards
• Prepare the business for quality audits.
• Manage the customer audit process in its entirety
• Manage all Food Safety and Quality documentation

The successful candidate will have the following:

• 2-3 years experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Sufficient experience as a Quality Manager in a previous role in a food manufacturing environment
• Have, in a previous role, lead retail audits in a food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality systems
• Have a relevant third level degree
• Be proficient in the use of MS office tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

It is essential that the successful candidate is flexible to work around Christmas as this is the busiest time for the company in question.
