MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN-DUBLIN REGION

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician for a food company based in the Dublin area.

In your new role you will be responsible for the following:

• Installation work for Three Phase and Single Phase applications.
• Maintenance and diagnostics on PLC controlled machinery.
• Diagnostic and repairs on motors and motor control systems.
• Calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Preventative and predictive maintenance and reporting on same.
• Any other duties.

It is essential that you have the following skills:

• You must be a Time/Skill-Served Electrician with production/manufacturing experience.
• It is essential that you hold a NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• You must have an electrical aptitude, be able to diagnose and solve problems and you must be able to read electrical drawings.
• The ability to organize time.
• Show strong initiative.
• Have a good reasoning skills and the ability to make decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will have a distinct advantage if you possess the following desirable skills:

• Experience of Continuous Improvement techniques.
• Experience in PLC controlled machinery and High Voltage Distribution Systems.
• Experience working on food processing equipment and in a High-Speed Packing environment.
