Logistics Co-Ordinator

Permanent full-time

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with freight forwarder, costs, schedules, and tracking of merchandise from warehouse to customer
• Logistic warehouse compliance of all documents
• Import declaration forms for VAT requirements
• Export declaration forms for VAT Requirements
• Coordination of warehouse operative costs, maintenance and insurance
• Capability to do a manual handling of small stock incoming and outgoing to/from Dublin office as needed
• General understanding of Payroll process, Human Resources and Customer Service
• Liaise with Directors, Accountants and External Consultants as needed
• Assistant to the General Manager

Key Expereince and Skills requried:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Related Field
• Minimum 3 Years import/export logistics expereience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. A 2nd European Language desirable
• Experience working in dynamic, fast changing and fast-growing companies
• Experience in working with tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive attitude
• Strong computer skills
• Be willing to travel if needed
